Refund policy

We want you and your pet to be happy with every order.

• You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition you received them
• To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for the return
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
• If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund
